TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 407 OF 2015
By Thomas Shiundu Mukenya, of P.O. Box 49, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matayo Shiundu Mukenya, who died on 16th June, 2007.
CAUSE NO. 411 OF 2015
By Michael Okoth Okaka, of P.O. Box 92, Buhuyi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okaka Maindi, who died on 9th June, 1980.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
