TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 20th November, 2015 2790 2790 CAUSE NO. 571 OF 2015 By (1) Pricilla Nthoki Kyongo and (2) Shadrack Mutinda Kyongo, both of P.O. Box 20, Kalamba in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Judith Nduku Kyongo, late of Emali, who died at Athi River Community Hospital in Kenya, on 14th February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
