CAUSE NO. 328 OF 2015 By (1) Peninnah Njeri Mbugua and (2) Elizabeth Wangui Mbugua, the deceased‘s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Mbogwa Goro, who died at Tigoni Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. 329 OF 2015 By (1) Margaret Waithira Karanja and (2) Charles Githinji Karanja, both of P.O. Box 59, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Karanja Githinji, who died at Nairobi Womens Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2015.
