TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 307 OF 2015
By (1) Samson Wanjohi Wangari and (2) Joyce Nyambura
Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased‘s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangari Mwangi Kariuki alias
Wangari Mangi alias Wangari Mwangi K. alias Agnes Wangare
Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st
July, 2013.
20th November, 2015 THE KENYA GAZETTE
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
