TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 125 OF 2015
By (1) Peter Waweru Kiragu and (2) Wellington Kariuki Kiragu, both of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard
Kiragu Irega, who died at Nairobi, on 18th June, 1989.
CAUSE NO. 149 OF 2015
By Lucy Wanjiru Njogu, of P.O. Box 138–00902, Kikuyu in
Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njogu Njiraini, who died on 6th
November, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
