Box 78055–00507, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Taibjee & Bhalla, advoctes of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will of Jamnadas Valji Jivraj Patel alias Jamnadas Valji Patel, late of Nairobi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2014. CAUSE NO. 3227 OF 2014 By Amritben Mohanlal Mepa Shah, of P.O. Box 14843–00800, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Nabutete & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will of Mohanlal Mepa Punja Shah, late of Nairobi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 12th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
