TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 424 OF 2011
By Jimmy Kalama Dzuya, of P.O. Box 42052, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dzuya Ngome Maleja, who died at Birikani, Mwawesa, on 17th October, 1991.
CAUSE NO. 237 OF 2013
By Mlongo Mwandinda Nyule, of c/o Chief’s Office Kikambala, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Mwandinda Nyule Mwandinda, who died at Kijipwa, Kilifi, on 20th October, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
