TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 464 OF 2014
By (1) Tiongoi Masai and (2) Alice Jemeli Masai, both of P.O. Box
1462, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‟s widows, through Messrs. Birech, Ruto & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemon arap Masai, who died at Mutwot Sub- location, on 3rd January, 2012.
CAUSE NO. 467 OF 2014
By (1) Emily Jepkemei Ngetich and (2) Jonah Kiptoo Keter, both of
P.O. Box 5057, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kipsang Keter, late of Kamagut
Location, who died at Kamagut Location, on 24th September, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
