TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2015 By (1) Joseph Linani Kuto and (2) Rodgers Mutange Tsilwana, the deceased‟s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Kuto, who died on 22nd November, 1980. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2015 By (1) Joseph Linani Kuto and (2) Rodgers Mutange Tsilwana, the deceased‟s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfonce Mwasiachi, who died on 17th April, 1987. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2015 By Esther Makungu Tom, the deceased‟s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mbwanga Mariasa alias Maliatso, who died on 20th February, 2010. CAUSE NO. 50 OF 2014 By (1) Phylos Juma Jimano, (2) Evans Jimano Shiyuka and (3) Victor Afundi Jamini, the deceased‟s grandson and creditor, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jimano Indasio, who died on 8th August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
