TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2014 By Joram Otando Odiaga, the deceased‟s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackton Makomo Osieke alias Makomo Osieke, who died at Chagenda Sub-location, on 21st January, 1999. CAUSE NO. 57 OF2014 By Javan Isuli Mudogo, the deceased‟s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mudogo Ombonyo, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 17th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2014 By Turufosa Vugutsa Kagota, the deceased‟s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esau Kagota Sabari alias Esau Kagota, who died at Kegoye Sub-location, on 4th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2014 By Japheth Asamba Magada, the deceased‟s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Magada, who died at Solongo Sub-location, on 8th July, 1970. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2014 By Flora Kageha Mwegai, the deceased‟s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Ludza Olieva alias Harun Lwunza, who died at Munoywa Sub-location, on 8th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
