CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2015 By John Mukui Karumia, of P.O. Box 310–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karumia Ng‟ang‟a alias Joram Karuma Nganga, who died at Njahi, on 25th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2015 By (1) Joseph Ruibu Gitau and (2) Esther Mumbi Gichiru, both of P.O. Box 22, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Gitau Ruibu, who died at Githunguchu Sub-location, on 6th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2015 By John Ndungu Migwi, both of P.O. Box 61–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Migui Kung‟u, who died at Kiganjo Location, on 12th January, 1977.
