WHEREAS Johnson Mwangi Guchua (1D1994402O), of
Nyandarua rn the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district cf Nyarrdarua, regrstered under title No. Nyandarua/Githroro/1609, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the bnd register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of srxty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a rcw register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
