REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Aruyu Mwambire (ID/1361582), of P. O. Box 1655, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, register€d under title No. Chembe/Kibabamshe/390, and whcreas sufficient evidence has boen adduced to show that the white card issued thereof has been lost and efforts to locate in the office have failed, notice is given that after lhe expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a ncw land register provided that no objection has been received within tlat period.
