WHEREAS Julius Grtonga Momo (deceased), of Kirinyaga rn the Republic of Kenya, rs registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Mwerua/Kianda/208, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 1063 of 2011, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Joyce Wangui Grtonga, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed rssued by the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice rs grven that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to drspense with thrproduction of the said land title deed and proceed wrth the registratron of the sard administratron letters to Joyce Wangui Gitonga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Julius Gitonga Momo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
