Box 137- 40600, Siaya rn the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor tn absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.15 hectare or thereabouts, sltuate in the district of Ugenya, registered under title No. South Ugenya/Rang'ala/862, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been 1ost, notlce ls given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new tltle deed provided that no objection has been received wrthin that period.
