TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2014 By (1) Priscilla Munee Maseka and (2) Sammy Mutuku Maseka, both of P.O. Box 291, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maseka Mwanikt Kithuku, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. 44 OF 2014 By (1) Esther Ndunge Mulli and (2) Richard Kioko Kiundi, both of P.O. Box 50, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Kiundi alias Sela Mbuve, who died at St. Francis Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be showa to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
