THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Kariuki Mwathi, of P.O. Box 520, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.2023 hectare or thereabouts, known as Makuyu/Kimorori Block III/2162, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the the land register in respect thereof is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed to have been cancelled and of no effect.
