REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Gichane Mbuthia, of P.O. Box 18114, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.23 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Riruta/S. 509, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards issued thereof has been lost and/or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
