Box 1355-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jephat Mbaru Nganga, who died at Ndumberi, on 7th August, 2003. CAUSE NO. 208 OF 2014 By (1) Monicah Nyambura Kimani and (2) Patnck Kimondo Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 47, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Wambui Mungora alias Lilian Wambui Mung’ora, who died at Kamuguga, Muguga, on 18th September, 2006. CAUSE NO. 209 OF 2014 By Peter Chege Ngurimu, of P.O. Box 33-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngurimu Githu, who died at Gathiga, on 27th December, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
