Box 777–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Kazungu Iha, who died at Secondary School, Maarani, Kilifi, on 10th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. 343 OF 2014 By (1) Kibui Daniel Mochu and (2) Lee Chege Mochu, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mochu Kariuki alias Samuel Mochu, who died at Voi, on 22nd June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
