TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 404 OF 2013 By Dismas Wanyonyi Kuloba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuloba Kisembe, who died at Namawanga, Kimilili. CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2014 By Chrisantus Otunga Sudi, the deceased‘s executor, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Peter Sikata alias Sudi Namachanja, who died at Tulumba, Tabut Village, on 23rd February, 1971. CAUSE NO. 82 OF 2014 By Redemter Nafungo Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Simiyu Kimaleni, who died at North Sang‘alo, on 16th October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
