Box 1340, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hudson Mukhwana Mangoli, who died on 1st January, 2000. CAUSE NO. 354 OF 2014 By Jackton Masika Mutoro, of P.O. Box 1536, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhether Mutoro alias Japheth Mutoro, who died at Misikhu Sub-location, on 12th December, 1960. CAUSE NO. 401 OF 2014 By Justus Kituyi Cheloti, of P.O. Box 20, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Cheloti Kitui, who died at Kibichoi, Chwele, on the 24th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. 425 OF 2014 By (1) Zipporah Nekesa Walubenog and (2) Nancy Nafula Wakhungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Wafula Wakhungu, who died at Nzoia, on 21st April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
