Box 27, Mbiuni in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Nzomo Nzioka, late of Mbiuni, Machakos, who died at Kombe, Machakos, on 20th December, 1990. CAUSE NO. 613 OF 2014 By (1) Joseph Ngacha Njiriri and (2) Samuel Kinyanjui Njiriri, both of P.O. Box 21108–00505, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rakel Wacuka Njiriri, late of Uhuru Location, who died at Ladnan Hospital in Kenya, on 14th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. 629 OF 2014 By (1) Benjamin Kyallo Mbato and (2) Richard Wambua Mang‘oka, both of P.O. Box 1614, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased‘s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitwa Withithi, who died at Matetani, Kangundo, on 12th October, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
