TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2014 By James Maina Karugia, of P.O. Box 259, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Njambi Karugia, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2014 By (1) Wycliffe Kihima and (2) Doryne Kageha Kabeya, both of P.O. Box 1, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Kamla Kamadi, who died at Kakamega Highway Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
