TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2014 By Catherine Wanjiru Njeru, of P.O. Box 62, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Njiru Wambora, who died at Mukuuri Sub-location, on 13th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2014 By (1) Catherine Muthoni Njiru and (2) Laban Muriithi Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 21, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Murithi Njiru, who died at Kanja South Sub-location, 18th June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
