TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2014 By Geofrey Njogu Karumba, of P.O. Box 88, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karumba Mutoto, who died at Gitundu Sub-location, on 27th May,1997. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2015 By Bernard Maina Thinwa, of P.O. Box 40, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thinwa Gichuru Thinwa, who died at Githurai, on 15th March, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
