WHEREAS Daniel Ng’ang’a Kaberere (ID/045416/63), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc. 16/Kimandi Wanyaga/201, situate in the district of Thika, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to remove the said caution and upon such removal, the said caution shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
