IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 86, 88 and 101 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya, sections 16 and 109 (i) (4), (J and (q) of the Elections Act, 2011 and regulations 7 and 8 of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice that voting for the Homa Bay County Senate By-election Scheduled for 12th February, 2015 shall be conducted at the places gazetted vide Gazette Notice No. 1454 of 2013 Vol. CXV-No. 15 dated 29th January, 2013 published on Ist February, 2013 in respect of Homa Bay County.
