REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Njoroge Waruhiu, of P.O. Box 48468, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kwale/Galu Kinondo/22, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued in respect thereof is lost and efforts to trace it in the office have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall open a new register.
