REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Belice Muhenge Agola, (2) Jared Luvai Ndayala and (3) Musa Litu Ndayala, as administrators of the estate of Dishon Ndayala Agola, all of P.O. Box 963, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors lessees of all that piece of land containing 0.2060 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 2116/XV1/119, situate in Kitale Municipality, held under a grant registered as I.R. 2969/1, and whereas the Kenya Commercial Bank Limited has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Dishon Ndayala Agola, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (f) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 2969/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
