WHEREAS Mary Noonkokwa Suki, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Transmara/Enoosaen/59, situate in the 6th February, 2015 THE KENYA GAZETTE 253 district of Transmara, and whereas the District Lands Registrar has Olosuki, of P.O. Box 138, Kilgoris, and upon such registration the land discovered irregularities in the transfer of the title document herein, title deed issued earlier to the said Mary Noonkokwa Suki, shall be and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed to be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said to Ngina Konchellah Dated the 6th February, 2015.
