IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 179 (2) (b) of the Constitution as read with sections 30 (2) (d), (e) and 35 of the County Governments Act, 2012, and upon approval by the Kakamega County Assembly, I, Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya, Governor of Kakamega County, appoints— KULATI F. WANGIA to be member of the Kakamega County Executive Committee responsible for the County Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives, with effect from 24th November, 2014.
