WHEREAS John Maina Mwangi, of P.O. Box 2598-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that Maisonette No. 1 erected on Land Reference No. 20521, situate in Athi River in Machakos County, held under a title registered as IR. 119008/1, and whereas the said Equity Bank Limited has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of John Maina Mwangi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said lease is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said Lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
