GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1332

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and section 4 of the Distress for Rent Act (Cap. 293), of the laws of Kenya to Mr. Teah Gatjiek Wich, passport No. BG 8256, ID RO00052308, Mobile No. 0713794318, last resided at suit premises known as L.R. Elland Court Apartment B2—11 South ‘C’ Nairobi whereby the two motor vehicles under your care/ownership were stored and found while executing the distress for rent, namely: Range Rover, South Sudan Registration No. CE665K Toyota Land Cruiser, South Sudan Registration No. CE856AA, Chassis No. JTGES 7159139004549 which are lying at the premises of Pyramid Auctioneers, of P.O. Box 8728-00100, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of outstanding debt balances, rent, arrears, storage security and any other incidental cost and charges incurred as the expiry of the notice including the cost of publication of this notice. Failure of which the said motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction by Messrs. Pyramid Auctioneers, of P.O. Box 8728-00100, Nairobi, on behalf of Investment and Credit Brokers Limited, Paragon Property Consultants Limited on or after 30th April, 2015 and the proceeds of sale shall be defrayed against the accrued charges and balances if any, shall remain at the owners credit but should there be a shortfall, Mr. Teah Gatjiek Wich shall be liable.
