NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th October, 2013, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 4133, in volume D1, Folio 354/4286, File No. MMXIIL, by our client, Arthur John Kibet Bore Kigen, of P.O. Box 20837-00202, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Arthur John Kibet Bore, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Arthur John Kibet Bore and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Arthur John Kibet Bore Kigen, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Arthur John Kibet Bore Kigen only.
