WHEREAS Classique Court Limited, of P.O. Box 28056-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of an estate in fee simple of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 76/508, situate in the district of Kiambu, by virtue of a conveyance registered in Volume N 69 Folio 48, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period. MUIGAI, MR/6992754 Land Registrar, Nairobi GAZETTE NOTICE No. 1512 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENTS WHEREAS Joseph Kamau Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor those pieces of land containing 1.00, 1.88 and 1.23 hectares or thereabout, respectively, known as Ndarugu/Gacharage/1251, 265 and 1235, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in Succession Cause No. 2440 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration to Lucy Watiri Kamau, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kamau Mwangi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kamau Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
