THE KENYA GAZETTE 523 EXCELLENT LOGOISTICS LIMITED DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS PURSUANT to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

TENDER

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), laws of Kenya) notice is issued to the owners of containers Nos. SEGU2114613 and SEGU2114819 which are currently at the yard of Excellent Logistics Limited, to take delivery of the said containers within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of the accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
