NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th June, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3201, in Volume DI, Folio 417/3957, File No. MMxXIV, by our client, Elizabeth Rotiken Kisipan Letura, of P.O. Box 4, Kajiado in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rotiken Ene Pambai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rotiken Ene Pambai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elizabeth Rotiken Kisipan Letura, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Elizabeth Rotiken Kisipan Letura only.
