NOTICE is given that evidence of Ioss or destruction or misplacement of the above policy documents has been submitted to the company and any person in possession of the policy documents or claiming to have any interest, should communicate within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice by registered post with the company. Failing any guch communication, a certified duplicate copy of the policy documents shall be issued, which shall be the sole evidence of the contract (Cap. 500)
