IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Sections 5 (1), 5 (2) (a) and 5 (4) of the Dairy Industry Act, the. Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries appoints— ANTHONY MUTUGI to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Kenya Dairy Board, for a period of three (3) years with effect from the 31st May, 2016.
