REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipsiongok arap Koske, of P.O. Box 4, Sosiot in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land known as Kericho/Kiptere/986, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High Court at Kericho in succession cause No. 98 of 1999, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Kipruto arap Siongok and (2) Johston Kiplangat Siongok, and whereas all efforts made to trace the land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
