GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4068

IT IS notified for the benefit of the pubic that, pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, section 67 as read together with section 14 of the Land Act 2012 and section 5 of the National Land Commission Act, 2012 and further to the advert dated 18th December, 2015 that appeared in the Daily Nation on allocation requirements for public land in respect of L.R 1491/R and cognizant of the valid titled and paid up allotment documents issued in the past in 17th June, 2016 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2475 respect of parcels within the said parcel of land, which documents the New Part Development Plan Reference No. MKS/56/2014/02 has recognized and upheld. Further notice is given that L.R 1491/R which the County Government in consultation with the National Land Commission reserved for investment purposes under the New Machakos City and Investment Program is now ready for allocation for Investment Purposes. Allocations will be done progressively subject to identification of credible investors through laid down county procedures.
