THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT TO THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KAJIADO THIS DEED OF TRANSFER is made this 14th Day of October 2025, by and between: (a) The National Government of Kenya, (hereinafter referred to as the National Government), as represented by the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife, whose registered office is P.O. Box 41394-00100, which expression shall where the context so admits include its successors and assigns on the one part; AND (b) The County Government of Kajiado, (hereinafter referred to as the County Government) as represented by the Governor whose registered office is P.O.
