CPR/2014/129953 CREDITORS’ MEETING NOTICE is given to the creditors of Allianz Insurance Company of Kenya Limited (“the Company”) that the 1st meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 7th March, 2023, from 8.30 a.m. The meeting shall be held virtually. All creditors are required to register for the meeting using this meeting link. Creditors shall prove their claims against the Company to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the liquidation to failure of which they shall not be considered nor share in the distribution.
